2021 AWSN Scholarship Application

For over 25 years, Alberta Women's Science Network (AWSN) supports advocacy towards a more diverse and inclusive STEM future. We have contributed close to $2 million in the Alberta ecosystem through our programs and activities! One of the most important things AWSN does is recognize individuals that make a difference in the community and/or their STEM field. We just opened the application to our annual AWSN Scholarship ($3000) on May 3! The deadline to apply is June 30, 2021.

The scholarship is open to

• STEM re-engagers: applicant has a career gap (2+ years) and is re-engaging into a STEM program in Alberta to learn or upgrade skills.
• STEM students: applicant is going into the 3rd to final year of an undergraduate program in STEM in Alberta.

1.       지원 대상

• Stem Students: 대학교 3 학년 이상, 마지막 정규학기 학생
• 2년이상의 경력 단절 후  STEM 관련 학과 신청자 (특히 출산, 육아로, 이민 등 여러개인 사정으로 인한 경력 단절 후 재취업을 위한 학교 신청자)

         * 알버타 주 소재 대학교 (알버타 주가 주거지가 아니어도 학교 등록이 알버타 주로 등록 되어 있으면 지원 가능)
2. 선발 인원: 10명
3. 신청 기간 : 2021년 5 월 3일 – 6월 30일 (11:59:50 PM MT)
4. 지원내용 : $3000
5. 접수방법 : AWSN홈페이지 에서 온라인 신청. 자세한 사항은 가이드 참조. 우편 접수는 서류 작성 후 아래로 발송
