2. Amounts of Scholarship:

• Senior High School Students: $750
• University & College Students: $1,500 (Undergrad Only)

3. Documents to be submitted:

• Application form
  Download Form
• Proof of registration for the 2016/17 academic year or letter of admission from a university/college
• Official academic transcript
• Additional documents (Refer to homepage for details)

4. Application deadline:

• July 15, 2016

5. Mail the application package to the following address:
